Terms of Service

This document outlines the Agreement between you, the User and Gazaro, the service provider. By agreeing to these terms of service you are agreeing to the following:

1. Authorized Users

Users of Gazaro are subject to these terms of service. Users of Gazaro agree to be held to these terms including those who register an account with Gazaro or browse sales on Gazaro.

2. Licence to Gazaro Services

Gazaro is authorized to provide this service and does so free of charge to Users at this time but is under no obligation to do so in part or in whole and may end or alter the service without warning.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to use Gazaro, or any information presented by Gazaro for illicit or illegal purposes.

4. Copyrights

You acknowledge that Gazaro owns or has license to all title and copyrights in and to the Gazaro services. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the licensed content in Gazaro is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties and subject to use restrictions under such laws or treaties.

5. Gazaro Trademarks

The following are registered trademarks of Gazaro: Gazaro.com, Gazaro.ca, Gazaro and its design logo, as well as certain other Gazaro trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos (collectively Gazaro trademarks) used in connection with the Gazaro service. Gazaro services may contain third-party trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos. You are not granted right or license with respect to Gazaro trademarks or the trademarks of any third party.

6. Privacy

Gazaro takes your privacy seriously, and it is important that you read and understand the terms of Gazaro's Privacy Policy. Gazaro may cooperate with and disclose information (including your account information) to any authority, government official or third-party, without giving notice to you, in connection with any investigation, proceeding or claim arising from an asserted illegal action or infringement due to your use of Gazaro.

7. Term

This Agreement will remain effective until terminated by you or by Gazaro.

8. Disclaimers

Gazaro services are used at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gazaro is not responsible for the accuracy or integrity of information presented to Users. Any action taken by a User on that information is the responsibility of the User, and Gazaro is in no way responsible for those actions. Gazaro cannot be held liable for any recourse that may come from using information presented by Gazaro.
